Jerrold L. Miller
President
Mr. Miller is a 1977 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Ocean Engineering. In 1985, after serving for seven years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Mr. Miller became the second full-time employee of Earl Industries. In 1989 he bought the company and has been its President and CEO since that time. Mr. Miller is active in the company’s daily operations while at the same time, guiding the vision and execution of the company’s aggressive growth strategy. The company now employs over 800 people with locations in all of the Navy’s major homeport locations in the continental United States.
