Victor J. Lepere
Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance
Mr. Lepere holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from Marquette University, a Master of Science (Mechanical Engineering) degree from the Naval Post Graduate School, and an MBA from Averett University. A retired U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer, Mr. Lepere served in numerous engineering billets while on active duty including Commanding Officer of the Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity Little Creek, Virginia. Since joining Earl Industries in 1994, Mr. Lepere has held several senior management positions including Purchasing Manager, Production Manager, and his current position of Quality Assurance Director in which he has lead the company to ISO compliance.
