Mr. Ritter holds a Bachelor of Science (Marketing) degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA (Procurement and Contracting) from George Washington University. Mr. Ritter is a retired U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer with over twenty years of active service in various afloat and ashore commands specializing in weapon systems acquisition. Mr. Ritter joined Earl Industries in 1987 during the company’s formative years and has been instrumental in guiding the company to its current level of maturity and profitability.
