Luther W. Willey
Contracts Manager
Mr. Willey holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) degree from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of the Newport News Shipbuilding Apprentice School with a concentration in Pipefitting. After serving as a Pipefitter, Inspector, and Ship Superintendent at Norfolk Naval Shipyard over an eight year period, Mr. Willey joined the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion & Repair, USN, Portsmouth, VA where he served for ten years as a Ship Surveyor, Quality Assurance Representative, and a Contract Specialist. Mr. Willey joined Earl Industries in 1995 as a Contract Negotiator and, in 2001, assumed the added responsibilities of Contracts Manager.
