Joe Sychterz
CVN/LHA/LHD Program Manager
Mr. Sychterz is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Metallurgy and the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program. Mr. Sychterz also holds an EDS degree in Education from the College of William & Mary. Mr. Sychterz is a retired U.S. Navy Captain having served in numerous naval shipyards, ships and submarines throughout his career including Engineering Department Head, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Director of Ship Material, Commander Naval Air Forces, U.S. Atlantic Fleet. He joined Earl Industries upon his retirement from the Navy in 2006 and is responsible for the growth and success of the Aircraft Carrier Multi-Ship/Multi-Option Contract for the Norfolk region.
