William K. Stulb
Executive Vice President, Earl Technical Group
Mr. Stulb holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The College of William and Mary. During 10 years of active duty Mr. Stulb qualified as a nuclear propulsion engineer and served in a variety of engineering, combat systems and operational billets. In his business career Mr. Stulb has held diverse senior management positions with firms in retail, petroleum marketing and equipment manufacturing. He joined Earl in June of 2000.
