EARL Automatic Spray and Powder Coating Facility
Earl’s state-of-the-art, fully-automated Spray and Powder Coating Facility consists of a 650 linear foot conveyor capable of washing, drying, powder coating and baking pieces up to 3 by 8 feet and 300 pounds in weight. The 5-stage iron phosphate washer is 70 linear feet in length with vestibule openings 40 inches wide by 102 inches high. The 15 by 24 foot drying oven is capable of achieving temperatures up to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. The Nordson 20 by 22 foot, fully-enclosed powder coating booth has 18 automatic guns and 2 manual guns. The 30 by 50 foot bake oven can reach temperatures of up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
