Amada Automated Punching System
Earl’s numerical-controlled FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) performs the work of several stand-alone machines and eliminates otherwise unneeded resources. The FMS consists of an Amada Vipros 358 King and a 58 Station Turret Punch, with four Auto Index stations. The Vipros automatically origins, gauges, and clamps material. A UL-410H six-shelf Load Tower ensures only materials of proper tolerances are put into production. The pre-programmed ULX-510 Unload System accurately stacks parts onto pallets or unloads whole sheets of punched parts.
