Jeffrey A. Brooks

Rear Admiral (RET) Jeff Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. During his 38 year career with the United States Navy, he succeeded in ever-increasing responsibilities, culminating in assignment to the Navy's top maintenance position: Fleet Maintenance Officer, U.S. Fleet Forces Command. With his extensive leadership skills and operational experience, Jeff is a valuable addition to the Earl Industries Executive Team. He joined Earl in July of 2008.
